WINEMAKING

The grapes were hand harvested before dawn to preserve natural acidity and freshness. The clusters were gently whole cluster pressed to stainless steel and concrete tank, then fermented and aged in concrete cube and stainless steel drums.

TASTING NOTES

Gorgeous pale salmon color with aromas of wild strawberries, pluots, and watermelon. On the palate the wine is vibrant with excellent acidity and length- a beautifully balanced, finessed, and precise rose that will pair with a wide range of foods and patios. Drink now and over the next 4 years.
