Atypical for modern Napa Cabernet, but the perfect antidote to over-alcoholic, over-extracted versions that have become commonplace. Aromas of rose petal, raspberry, plum, vanilla, violet. Palate brings the addition of custard, blood orange, and mint. Pomegranate-like acidity brings structure and length. This wine will age for up to 10 years from vintage date.
